Q1. Can I change the size of my item?

If you realised that you have selected the wrong size, contact us immediately via the Contact form. Please include your order number that was sent to you in the email and the design and size you want to change to. If we have not started making your order, chances are we can correct the size. However if we have already created your shirt, then we are unfortunately unable to change your order.

 

Q2. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

As we make your order fresh (like freshly baked cookies) we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for your orders. 

 

Q3. Can I request a design to be made available on a hoodie, t shirt or other clothing item?

Of course you can. The benefits of made to order is we have the ability to put any design on any item of clothing available on our store. Use the Contact form to enquiry the clothing options available.
